I am easily frustrated when others are not able to perform to my personal standards, and do typically do not believe that others can handle situations and work as well as I can. As a result I begrudgingly delegate tasks and take on the lion’s share myself. This habit leaves me tired, and my family picking up the slack from my absence (mentally or physically). An example of this behavior is evident in the group projects I was assigned this semester. I simultaneously organized the efforts of two group projects.
