I am going to only hire females as the bosses, and males will be hired but will need to work their way up. I will then only pay the males 79 cents an hour and the females $1 an hour. The females will get ranked top for promotions, and pay raises. There should be no issues arise because everyone is aware of the wage gap anyways towards females so towards males should not be any different. It would be though. This experiment would be a great chance to show what males truly miss out on. The average female will have lost $420,000-430,000 over a life time of work due to their wage gap; that is feeding a family of four for 37 years, buy two houses, and buys 14 brand new cars (Garofalo, 2012).
