VEHICLE ONE, WAS HEADED EAST ON I-85 NORTH OFF RAMP WHEN IT WAS STRUCK IN THE REAR BUMPER BY THE FRONT BUMPER OF VEHICLE TWO WHICH, WAS HEADED EAST ON I-85 NORTH.

DRIVER ONE ADVISED HE WAS APPROACHING TRAFFIC LIGHT WHEN HE HEARD AN EMS TRUCK siren ANd slowed down to stop before entering the intersection when he was struck in the rear.
