The I-130 Immigration Benefit Fraud Assessment (IBFA) will be executed as planned this summer. We would like to set up our first meeting in June to begin discussing the procedures for the upcoming IBFA that will require NBC to complete. I am looking at Friday morning, June 17th for our first meeting. I will send out the meeting invitation. Please let me know if there is any block of time that will not work for you and your staff.
