The objective of this essay is to create a hypothetical board of directors for a company owned by the author. It consists of fictional characters as well as contemporary figures based on their leadership skills and personal traits. The author would like to learn and implement the management skills from these figures, required for the success of his company.
The Ideal Board A company’s board of directors play a pivotal role in its success and failure. Therefore, choosing the right set of people for the board members is imperative.
