There were many strengths in the delivery and outline of her speech. She makes many connections to the audience while still staying on focus of her speech. The speech itself was quite well organized. I knew the key points of the speech which were the history, how the brain is involved, and the different uses of hypnosis. Her ideas were clearly spoken and supported by evidence making them effective in conveying what the ideas were supposed to convey. Doing these would greatly improve the quality of the speech. I would suggest that she were to practice the delivery in front of people to get a sense of what it feels like in a classroom. Also, having them give feedback would help. At times, the pace of the speech was too fast. This can be improved by mentally telling yourself to slow down. If both of these were done, this speech would be even better than it was.
In conclusion, in this speech there were many strengths that were very helpful in making the message successful while there were some weaknesses that took away from the success of the speech. Overall the speech, was well organized and conveyed the message successfully and provided well-researched information. There may be some improvements that need to be made but in general the speech was well
