Check credential
Providers in this field do not have a hypnosis degree but often has accreditation in other fields such as medicine, counseling and dentistry. However, the provider should have specialized training in hypnosis care, and many choose to become members of The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) or the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE). These two organizations have strict education requirements and rigorous training guidelines.
