Cyst is fluid building up inside the breast glands. Usually, it is microscopic cyst or too small to feel and can not be seen unless the tissue is looked at under the microscope. If fluid continues to build up, large cysts are formed. Therefore, the cysts usually become noticeable as a lump in the breast or are found during a routine screening mammogram.
In some patient, the examination under the microscope may reveal epithelial hyperplasia, which is just a harmless overgrowth of normal breast cells. Another finding, atypical hyperplasia, is an increase in breast cells that have started to look different from normal cells. The atypical form is associated with a slightly increased risk of developing breast cancer later on.

Non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia or NCAH is a disorder that affects both men and women from late childhood through the rest of their lives. Compared to its sister form, classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia, it is non-life threatening. The Mayo Clinic, a service that gives people medical information and helps set up doctor appointments, defines NCAH as “a collection of genetic conditions that limit your adrenal glands' ability to make certain vital hormones.” These vital hormones include, but aren’t limited to, estrogen, testosterone, aldosterone, androgens and corticosteroids. Non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia is an uncommon disorder affecting only one percent of the population in a 1 to 1000 ratio, according to the National Library of Medicine.…

Introduction Asymmetry is one of the most unusual and interesting errors of human reproduction. Subtle, asymmetric variation of the contra lateral structures of the head and face occur commonly in the general population in the absence of any local lesion or condition. [1] Some of these changes, however, may slowly but steadily progress and exhibit asymmetrical development. These changes usually do not follow any particular relationship with time or modifying circumstances such as trauma and often have been termed hemihypertrophy, congenital hemihypertrophy, hemimacrosomia, or partial gigantism. This phenomenon was first described by Meckel in 1822 [2] and reported first by Wagner in1839.…

Many women with breast cancer may not present with any symptoms at the time of diagnosis which is why it is recommended for women to have screening test done to catch breast cancer before symptoms start to develop in the later stages of the disease. The first step in finding breast cancer is ensuring that women are routinely going to their primary care physician for physical exams. At routine doctor appointments, the patient’s physician will take a medical history by asking questions about the current health and risk factors related to benign breast conditions and/or breast cancer (American Cancer Society, 2014). Next the physician may do a physical exam to check for lumps, he or she may also examine the patient’s nipples, skin, and lymph nodes…
