This week has only had one stressful event to speak of and it was Wednesday night when my sister would not answer my calls or texts after failing to return my car by the previously agreed upon time. My anxiety had little to do with her being late, it was not answering my calls or text while she had my car. Mentally I was extremely frustrated, this was not the first time this had happened, and at the same time fearful, why was she not picking up her phone? Physically, After the first unanswered call I started to feel flustered and then all the nerves along my spine begin to stand on end in what feels almost a slow crawl up my back stopping at my shoulders. Followed by poor concentration and accelerated heartbeat. symptoms last normally
