Salary:
Salary or pay agreement had effects upon all staffs member (Surgeons, Nurses and Marketing executives, etc.) in which income purposes satisfaction were decreasing, where it didn’t lead to develop organisation commitment and job satisfaction. Staffs should be paid by their level of expertise. For example, intensive care nurses get greater additional payments than normal ward nurses. This indicates that senior nurse’s talents, skills and experience were recognised with salary policies. Staffs (Surgeons, Nurses and Marketing executives, etc.) will stay in BIH organization as long as their self-interests obliged. Although good salaries deal many reasons but sometimes it cannot encourage the workers to stay with an institution by themself.

Employees (surgeons, nurses, etc.) should recognize that their contributions are important in succession of the organisation. Perhaps reducing nurses workload by eliminating or decreasing certain unnecessary jobs could improve their levels of job satisfaction.
