Hydration Among Student Athletes

There are lots of student athletes and even many adult athletes are unsure about what foods and beverages to consume before,during, and after a workout or game. While Athletes body’s cramp up, it can be resolved by what you eat or drink. This can be evidenced by drinking water and eating pasta, small sips of water and snacking on a banana, and drinking juice and replenishing your body with carbs & protein.
Per usual all athletes must hydrate before a game or workout with natural water and consume carb loads such as pasta. Hydration is key for workout to avoid dehydration, which could cause later brain damage and a change in mental status. As Well as an instability in further athletic abilities.
