When we first get there it is extremely cold it’s around -87 degrees. I also notice almost instantly is that there is two moons. Also I notice that the day is a little bit longer than on Earth. Also the sun looks pretty far away too. And the planet is overall smaller. It is also very broad and plain. I see brownish terrain and brown rocks. The landform is very rough, including sandy dunes, to giant boulders.
One thing I will need to bring is a space suit because of the atmosphere in Mars. I will need to bring really hot clothes and a ton of blankets. Since the gravity is different maybe heavy clothes. If possible a rover to drive around with. Don’t forget the water, there is water on Mars, but I don’t know if it is healthy enough to drink.
Here are some facts about Mars. It has two moons.The atmosphere is mostly carbon dioxide, some water vapor. They average day in Mars is 24 hours, and 37 minutes long. There are 687 Earth days in one Mars year. The tilt of the axis is 25 degrees. Its diameter is 4,220 meters long.I chose Hydra as my constellation. It is supposed to be a snake. In Greek mythology, Hydra is the nine headed beast, and Hercules kills it. Hydra means sea serpent.
It is 2nd magnitude. One star is called Alphard, solitary star in the serpent it is 100 light years

It takes six hours to rise completely. It also has another name sigma. Hercules kills the serpent but if you slay one head, two more grow back. One head is immortal and he put the head under a stone.One of the current events that is happening is the mars rover mission. They are basically selecting people to go to mars. In the future mars missions, they will have a better, more advanced rover. I think that astronomy is an ongoing process because there is still a lot to explore and we have no idea what is still out there.
