I have seen that Huxley’s classes clearly reflect the interdisciplinary nature of environmental science, with elements of political science, economics, biology, ecology, oceanography, and chemistry, just to name a few. A well-rounded Huxley education will advance my learning and experience not only in environmental chemistry, but also in those many other fields. If accepted, I will contribute to Huxley and to the field of environmental science by applying my strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills that I developed earning my Associate’s degree.
