Husky Air Case Study

Husky Air is seeking a a computer-based system with the goal of keeping track of its Pilots Angels volunteers. ATL consultants have taken this project from Husky Air and will help them achieve their objective by keeping information of the pilots. In addition, Husky Air wants to know more about the people, hospitals, clinics, and organ banks that use the services of Husky Air. Our objective as a group is to accomplish the needs of the project sponsor to the specificity they require.
Decision Making:
Decisions will be made by the group and will be agreed upon by all members. If there is a scenario in which there is a disagreement, there may be the need to do a group vote. The majority rule, resulting in a two-thirds vote, will be the determining

Review each other’s work and express opinions on it as well as give any necessary feedback. As a group we should be near completion by the 14th and starting to get everything organized and ready to turn in. Peer review may be a preferred way for members to share their thoughts.
September 16, 2015-6:30pm
Begin the finalization process of part 1 of the project and make any edits from the peer reviews.
September 17, 2015-3:30pm
Meet to discuss the final draft and review the final draft. We will go through the project requirements and check off everything to assure we meet all of them.

Communication will be a very important part of ATL Consultants; email, text, GroupMe, and team meetings will be the sources of communication for Team ATL Consultants.

After a two year installation period and two year implementation period, our team expects Husky Air to experience measurable growth in the quality of their volunteer service program. The specific metric categories that will be effected by our computer-based system we will be the efficiency of time management, number of pilot volunteers, number of Husky Air employees. We will use our resources to create a solution for Husky Air that enables them to change and improve upon their legacy systems for managing the Pilot Angles program. Overall, ATL Consultants would like to maintain an “A” average on Case Analysis assignments throughout this
