In the United States hurricanes mainly start near the Atlantic Coast (Hurricane Harvey Recap). The most active period runs about mid-August through the end of October (Hurricane Harvey Recap). For Atlantic hurricanes, there is six lists that rotate is six lists that rotate every six years (Hurricane Harvey Recap). For example, the 2011 is used in 2017. On August 17th, the World Meteorological Organization named a category four tropical storm Harvey. The meaning of the name Harvey is “battle- worthy” (Harvey). This “battle-worthy” storm has people battling with their homes being flooded by nineteen trillion gallons of water, the possibly that they could cast the Norovirus, and surprised by celebrities are raising money for their state.

Norovirus is a winter vomiting bug which is caused by contaminated drinking water, and infected animals (Mayo Clinic). In Texas, there are pictures showing snakes floating, and mosquitos nesting on top of water, and humans having bubbles on their skin causes by walking through the contaminated water. According to Houston Texas News Channel, a Woodland Hill Elementary school has suspected that over two hundred students have the Norovirus (Tenga). Students have complained of feeling sick, vomiting, and fever (Tenga). Healthcare officials are telling parents to let their child to stay home for two days or until the symptoms disappear
