Hunting has been a part of my life since I was born. My dad grew up hunting and now his kids have too. It is our hobby and our bonding time. So one day, I want the same for my me and my kids. In the future I could see my family and I having property and being able to spend quality time there. Being with your family is important because like have said before, you only have on life to live with them. The one thing I will remember the most is my first time hunting with my dad. It was the first morning of youth shot gun season and it was probably about 5 a.m. Well we put on all of our hunting clothes and headed to the stand. So just know I have on all the clothes and had a far walk. I started sweating and I was excited to be in the stand, but I was wrong. I did not see a single deer and my dad was annoying the whole, but then I realized it was fun and I spent that time with my dad. Imagining my future we would hunt, fish, and ride on that property just like I do now. I would have all my family down there and after that I would pass it on to my children to keep it going. Spending time with family is important because they are the ones you have no matter what. So spend more time with them and enjoy it. Family is

Trophy hunting should be banned for many of the following reasons. You usually hunt for the oldest male or the one that is the head of the group. That leaves every other animal in the group fighting to restore order in the herd and trying to become the alpha male. Which could quite possibly never happen again. Plus it would also lead to many fights in the herd to go for the leading role.…

I feel as though in present time you can take more of the nature in, and can learn to appreciate it. When you hunt now I feel like you are not rushed to shoot something so that way you can create new values for the sport. In contrast, when you hunted in those certain previous generations, you were kind of rushed to make sure you killed something to provide for your family. This supports the idea that hunting ethics and values have evolved from generation to generation. I believe it is important to show younger generations what proper hunting ethics and values are, just so they are not taking the sport for granted.…
