Hunting is a violent and a cowardly form of sport and is mainly used for the fun and entertainment. It kills hundreds of millions of animals every year, many are suffering and painful death. Hunters cause injuries, and harmful deaths to animals that can’t defend themselves from firearms and many weapons. The sport of hunting destroys many habitats and animal families, and leaves young animals left wounded or with no parents for them to be cared for and they become starved to death. Quick kills are very painful to all animals, but when they fail to kill them they suffer a painful death. Mother bears are often shot while they are out walking their cubs around feeding them and while hiding their cubs. When the mother is killed it leaves the cubs left to starve and die. No one is allowed to hunt from an aircraft or any type of flying vehicle. No one can hunt from any type of land vehicle or and moving motorized vehicle. When hunting and anyone is walking across a public road or highway it is regulated to always have your firearm discharged. Hunting any animal on foot or vehicle on a public road or a boat on public water is illegal.
