Hunter-Personal Narrative

Every year, around the time of his birthday Hunter gets really upset. He never met his mom, and no one has seen her since the the day after he was born. His dad had him, the doctors were as confused as anybody. He blames himself for her leaving. He always prayed at night for her to come back. Every time he asked his dad about his mom, he would act like he never asked a question. Hunter would get so sad sometimes, he’d skip school and stay home and cry. His family only consisted of him and his dad. Everyone else passed away, he didn’t have any cousin, aunts, uncles, grandparents, no one. His dad was really smart too, he was a neurosurgeon. But, since his father was always by himself, Hunter picked up that trait, he didn’t have any friends, did all of his work in school by himself, and …show more content…
I woke up in the woods, surrounded by trees. “Wha...Where am I?” I asked, as if someone would answer. These woods weren’t the kind of woods that we had back in Evansville. “Good thing I added these wheels to my machine.” I said as I rolled the machine in one direction. I walked for what seemed like forever. I finally see a rode. I walk up to it with my machine, but there were no cars driving. I see a sign and walk up to it. The sign read “Welcome to Texas”. “TEXAS!” I screamed. This is not what my machine was supposed to do, but there isn’t anything I can do. I walked my machine down the road to try to find some civilization. I wondered up to a city, but there was something off with this city. It looked really old. I thought it was just an old themed city, but no. I walked into a store and asked the store clerk what year it was, he said “Well, it’s 1985, has been all year”. “1985!” I screamed. I ran out of the store, grabbed my machine and left. As I was walking, I came across a sign that said “Welcome to Tyler”. Which reminded me of my parents. They lived got married in Tyler, Texas.
