Hunger and malnutrition in Africa have been on the increase, have affected many Africans in different ways since 1900’s. Children and adults both are facing devastating hunger and malnutrition crisis across a swathe of Africa. Some of the neighborhoods that are powerfully moved by hunger and malnutrition issues includes Countries like Ethiopia, Kenya and Zambia. People in these populations are suffering from thirst and malnutrition in large numbers. In some parts of Africa parents have a hard time providing nutritious food for their children due to crop failures, skyrocketing food prices and insecurity. Due to war in Africa crops has been lost, money has been put towards no good, and besides some of the children have missed their parents. The other consequence of thirst is due to natural disasters such as floods and droughts also contributed to hunger because crops get destroyed. Granting to the author Oyekale recurring droughts have strengthened the interconnectivity between low agricultural productivity and continuing poverty in the Sahel belt. Because of flooding the loss of nutrients in the land has also been wasted. In Africa Most of the African are poor and the farming hamlets are real minor so they cannot afford to hold the equipment and advanced fabrics which are practiced in America today. Masses in Africa don’t have whatever type of fertilizer to restore the land. Granting to the author Nwonwu a distinct duality marks the agricultural sector in South Africa; there is the well-trained, technologically advanced modern farming system on the unitary hand, and a rural subsistence system on the other. The Dominican Republic of the Congo the issue is being investigated on starvation. Two of the main parts leads them to starvation and causes of death and poverty. Because of starvation someone dies every 3.5 seconds, provided by the World Health Organization. In Africa one third of all the children’s are under nourished according to the World Health Organization. One third people in sub-Saharan Africa are hungry. As a result of starvation a child under five years dies every 5 seconds. So many people don’t realize that poverty and starvation are directly related to each other. If the poverty level is high in any country, then your starvation level will be high too. People in Africa are not hungry due to lack of availability of food, but because people do not have enough money to purchase food. We first have to manage the problem of world poverty, if the world wants to solve the problem of hunger. One’s poor ability to learn and work is also due to hunger, if one is deprived of food or drink then they will in turn have low levels of energy which can cause poor health and metal destruction. When one cannot perform at their peak potential it could also hurt their work which leads to poverty. People need to learn how to use their land more
