Humorous Wedding Speech: Why Men Don T Cry

Good morning everyone before I will start I would like to introduce myself I’m Rose Ann from the University of Cordilleras who wants a very simple question to be answered. So now I want to ask the boys among here if that is okay for them? How about us girls is it okay for us that men are crying? Well let me begin and let us see if your thoughts and answer would change after my speech, so we all know that men are known for masculinity and less emotional than us women. They are a rock in the middle of the storm, they are known to be the comfort zone, a shoulder to lean on a warm and open hand ready to hug and many more. But sometimes why are we laughing at them because they we’re crying, people tease and insult them for “JUST” reason, but why are doing those things even if we know it’s not right. For me I agree that yes it is okay for men to cry because they are also a human who have feelings they could …show more content…
Whoever we are, wherever we are, whatever our gender is, whatever we do to make us cry it’s okay because there is no person here on earth who never cries or shed a single tear. So let us stop teasing, insulting, and mocking the man who cries because even do them they hate to cry. But there’s nothing they can do because it is what we are. In reality we all cry over little things sorrow or happiness some just don’t show much but don’t forget this when a man cries for you there’s a 85% I guarantee you his the one because man cries over things, person, and love ones they really don’t want to lose. So I would like to end this with a quote from Mr. Euricho Odo “You become a man by knowing both victory and defeat, by running and crying. It’s okay to cry you can overcome“ I just want to say let us appreciate and learn to understand each other. That would be all once again good morning and thank

Just as in Miss Representation, Tough Guise 2 evaluates the effect of a toxic gender hierarchy portrayed in American media. However, this documentary focuses more on the male experience and how constructs and scripts of masculinity can affect them throughout their lives. While girls contend with images of Barbie Malibu as the standard of feminine appearance, boys are shown a GI Joe with biceps that measure even larger than Dwayne Johnson’s as the ideal standard of physical masculinity. Additionally, the numerous manners in which violence is encouraged in men sprouts from everyday media like TV shows, ads, and video games. It promises men uncompromising control, dominance, and power over others in life, defining these traits (among others)…

When it comes to war, there seems to be the same subject that always comes up. The women’s role and where do they belong. Men have traditionally always been the ones who fought in the wars while the women were excluded. Being seen as the weaker sex would make war tougher for the men to fight, since they would have to look out for the women who are weaker by nature. While some women may be as tough as men there are still factors that can be distracting.…

This makes men have to appear to be bellicose or tough to impress society and prove themselves as being ‘manly’ men. Making it very difficult for young men and boys to truly express themselves and let others into their personal lives. On the other hand Gus a speaker from Batyr asked us what does the phrase “be a man” or “men don’t cry” actually mean. This introduced a new topic where boys shouldn’t be ashamed of being humans because at the end of the day we all have issues in our lives that many aren’t open to talk about and struggle to share, so crying is what we are left doing but even something like that can bring males to shatter into a thousand pieces. They were always told to “man up” because apparently that’s not what boys do. Well if you feel down speak up because silence can kill. It takes guts to show pain, it takes a man to feel, it takes balls to cry.…
