At one point he was ask does his grandmother look like his mother. Furthermore, stated next time he should look at his situation with the glass half full. Which he does. But when bullying is involve I don't find that the appropriate choice words to use.
Also I sent a letter to the UT president and receive a reply from Dr. Jennifer Maedgen (email attached). Which stated that she reach out to the UIL and they responded with the appeal was denied because not enough documentation to support our reasoning. Furthermore, they had just received a letter from the counselor, which was just Joe expressing concern to the counselor, which is not true. The counselor’s letter was stating what she had observed what Joe was experiencing at the school. The fact that they didn't have the counselor statement correct, lead me to believe they didn't really considered all of the
