I worked like crazy in the garden, made albondigas soup and cooked a pot roast yesterday, which is a good thing for the upcoming weekend. My Costa Rican coffee is outstanding this morning and the weather is gorgeous with blue skies and temperatures in the low 60s and highs in the mid-80s, which is perfect for more gardening and some reading on the patio.
