Good morning peeps. I hope that your night was a good one with little to no pain. I slept pretty good with my normal back and knee pain. But it'll all be alright. I have my normal Sunday activities today. I am up, dressed, eaten breakfast and working on my coffee. I will go to morning church, lunch at daughters, home to do some calling and texting for work, then over to the MIL's for coffee and then off to evening church.
