Humorous Wedding Speech: How To Become A Leader

Decent Essays
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, I am Kiara Webb, and thank you for giving me your attention to hear what i have to say. I have always wanted to be a leader-- someone who will stand up for what’s right, someone who will be fair and have integrity, and someone who will always take the high road. When I was little I always wanted to be a person who could lead people to do great things and for people to have things that they deserve. Like you, I also think that our school needs some improvements and I think that we all are frustrated with all the issues we have at Natomas High School.
I hope that you don’t fine me as a newcomer, but as someone who is a leader. I’ve been in leadership before, I learned how to become a responsible person.

Almost everyone in a position of leadership had someone they looked up to while finding out who they were as a leader. In my case, I have always looked up to my old football and wrestling coach. I interviewed him for this paper and asked him a couple questions about his leadership style and how he became a leader. I have always respected Coach Mac ever since I was a freshman on varsity. The thing he praises most as a leader is accountability, and just learning what went wrong or right in the situation, and learn from it.…

Potential Vice-President of the Class of 2018 As stated by John C. Additionally, I tend to be known as the kind of student who is looked up to by many due to my high grades, my caring personality, my determination, and my ability to follow instructions.…

Each day presents challenges – and, therefore, opportunities – for me to grow as a more effective leader in my school and community. I exhibit leadership, whether quietly guiding by example or providing in an allocated position, individually and in my service and job responsibilities. In addition to my experience, I have also been enlightened by my health challenges. My philosophy is to achieve optimal effort in everything I undertake, although I have a bio-neurological condition that many would view as a hindrance, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). There are preconceptions that others may have about ADHD;…

Success in education can be measured every day in every school when the beliefs of the leader are reflected in the students and the staff. I aspire to be an innovative leader that motivates people to be courageous and open-minded to tackle the hard tasks. Furthermore, I hope to be a transformative leader that becomes a role-model to their peers by doing rather than saying. I will become this leader by being consistent with my communication skills, making responsible decisions that display my integrity and always keeping in mind that student achievement is my number one purpose.…

My leadership philosophy is one that is rooted in the strong belief that it must be a continuous quest to motivate all students to become critical thinkers, effective communicators, and lifelong learners, while possessing outstanding character. This includes assisting students with discovering their talents and interests, therefore developing a love of learning, while developing into ethical, productive citizens. Accomplishing this requires a leader who is knowledgeable in pedagogy and curriculum, including the use of data and current assessments to enhance instruction, and who possesses outstanding communication skills, the ability to manage an operation’s resources effectively, promotes collaboration and teamwork, and is passionate and committed to helping students learn. I believe that my interpersonal skills will be my biggest strength as an educational leader. Through frequent, honest communication, and my enthusiasm for the subject, I will demonstrate understanding and compassion for those around me, therefore building trusting relationships.…
