Upon completing the StrengthsFinder survey, it is determined my 5 greatest strengths are the learner, achiever, competition, strategic, and relator, all of which I expected (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). While reading the text I examined the various themes of different strengths, relating closely to the 5 assigned by the survey, I am impressed by how well the explanations were written in the book, Strengths Quest Second Edition. The text in correlation with the materials provided from the StrengthsFinder survey brought forth meaning and depth into finding out exactly the type of person I am. Learning is listed as my top strength in the survey (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). I believe I have used that trait extensively throughout…

Every person has strengths and weaknesses when it comes to writing papers and after writing multiple papers throughout my high school career, I’ve discovered I have more weaknesses than strengths. I believe that I noticed more weaknesses than strengths because it is easier for a person to point out the flaws in themselves rather than the positives. My greatest strengths are not procrastinating, staying focussed when writing and using a variety of vocabulary words. A few of my weaknesses are coming up with a topic, writing introductions and conclusions, knowing what tense to write in and using the correct grammar throughout my entire paper.…
