It was a blistering hot summer day, but the Orca family was filled with anticipation. Several months earlier, Mr. Shamu Orca had desperately wanted to ensure that his son, Shamu Jr.’s, fifth birthday would be extra special, so he planned a vacation to the new and largely celebrated amusement park called Humanworld, located about one-thousand miles from their home. After hearing this fabulous news, Shamu Jr. jumped for joy, but Sharon, Shamu’s wife, was rather frustrated. “I can’t believe you would do something like this without asking me first,” snappped Sharon. “Don’t pretend to be doing this for Shamu Jr., I know how much you want to go to Humanworld. You are so helplessly childish! You would be the orca to organize an expensive, long, and dangerous trip to observe some mythical creature!
