Human trafficking is modern day slavery. Victims are deceived or taken against their will to be brought, sold and transported for forced labor, begging, sweat shop, prostitution or removal of organ. There is a common misunderstanding that people usually believe trafficking usually happen in less economically developed countries, but in fact it is equally serious in the more economically developed countries. UK is an endpoint nation for men, women, and children primarily from all around the world who are subjected to human trafficking for the purposes of sexual slavery and forced labor.
The seriousness increases each year, as every year recorded about 4000 people around the UK were trafficked and 95% of them experienced physical and sexual violence. Human traffickers search for vulnerable teenage girls in particular and force them into prostitution.
