Looking at this scenario, I see that the problem is too big, I just cannot embrace all causes, and I am talking to just human trafficking and exploitation. The topic’s that she had presented had a direct, real-life scenario included that people encounter every day in their professional lives. Having said this, the transition between topic and story was somewhat hurried from my perspective, and the transitions were more nuanced than direct. If I were tasked with this speech, I would have more involved the audience with questions about how they manage people in their professional lives, and then offered feedback. The speech was set in stone, with no variance from the audience; the speaker did include a wide range of scenarios and the concrete structure did work very well. Overall, it appears that this woman is very adept in speaking to a group of people, not only in her delivery, but also in her attitude and personal style.…

Her word choice was carefully picked, precise and clean. Her tone was a calm yet persistent one where one could see how subtle but also determined she was on her work. She would pause just enough to make a clean speech, she didn’t hurry off or seemed nervous in any way which only interested the audience into paying attention to her. However, one may think that she would have an even more effective speech if she would of played with her voice a little more or do some sort of hand gestures. If she would have changed her voice into a stronger one she maybe could have expressed some strong feeling that wasn’t empathy or remorse.…
