Although this is not the first time taking an assessment like this, I am surprised my outcome has greatly improved. My score was 99, which for me means that I too have grown as a person. In the past I would hold strongly to my opinions and was not able to agree with others opinions or understand their worldview. However, for me with age and some hard life lessons I have had to learn how to listen more effectively as well, accept feedback, and respect others worldviews.
The score is reflection of my growth and better understanding of what is required to be a successful human service worker. I have always been that person that people seek out for help or advise when they have problems or concerns. Although I know I was not always good at listening
