In the Western countries, they pay more attention to the human brings and the individuals (Davis 1995). Therefore, they do have a very completed system and if anyone is being got rid of the human rights, the government will try their best to help, as they hold the points of views that the human rights are one of the most important things in the society. When comparing with the western countries, in China, the human rights may be a little different. For the Chinese government, they focus more on the collective human rights.
