Correlation Between Profession And Teacher Turnover

This journal examines a three-year study that focused on the correlation between the rate of teachers leaving the profession and teacher salaries. The study showed a negative correlation, which means the lower the salary for teachers in that district, the higher the teacher turnover. This also means, the higher the teachers’ salary is, the more likely teachers are to stay in the district and profession.
