I am writing to express my interest in working in the Human Resources Department. I know that my past experience related to Human Resources along with my social skills will definitely make me a valuable asset for your organization and my skills will prove to be beneficial.

I currently work for the 315th Engineer Battalion as a Senior Human Resources Noncommissioned Officer. My twelve years in the United States Army as a Human Resources Specialist, then Human Resources Assistant, and now a Senior Human Resources/Battle Staff Position, have allowed me to grow and develop professionally and as a leader. I established a performance development and career planning process that utilizes both internal and external development opportunities for employees
