Administrators are individuals who are responsible of others and who are in charge for the appropriate performance of achievement that encourage their company productive execution. “Human resources in its most basic form, refers to the people that work in any given organization” (Gomez-Mejia, Balkin, & Cardy, 2010). Compensation is the imbursement that workers obtain in trade for their occupation. Health are organization differ broadly in how they decide to recompense their workers. Some of the considered choices linked to pay and benefits are: offering employees with permanent salary and benefits packages that fluctuate slightly each year. Another benefits in which employees can benefit from their employees is by rewarding the staff for their time spent with the organization.
“Employee and labor relations refer to the interaction between workers (either as individuals or as represented by a union) and management” ”(Gomez-Mejia, Balkin, & Cardy, 2010). Some of the stratgics that HR employ in this are include: depending on commination channels from leaders to assistant and aiming to prevent union-organizing movement. Some organization incorporates employee relation team to assist employees in dealing with a broad range of problem, varying from communication to work expectation.
Performance management is an efficient procedure by which an organization engages its workers, as individuals and members of a group, in improving organizational efficiency in the achievement of the institute mission and goals.
