The Human Resource Department has been successful in recruiting and maintaining a low turnover in staffing. In an effort to increase efficiency in the Human Resource Department, I am presenting the following proposal for improving Managers with keeping with the success: o A vendor to provide a New Hiring Tracking System

The Human Resource Manager must ensure that employees receive information about their job, salary and changes to organizational policy and procedure timely. In addition, employee productivity is effective if employees understand what is required of them and what they can expect from the employer. To avoid delays in hiring and paychecks due to lack of paperwork:

• Implement a weekly tracking system
• Hold Managers and other departments accountable for sign-off

Consequently, by holding managers responsible for the full process, SCO will ensure that the new hire procedure results in less time in acquiring the needed staff into production.

This will resolve the problems that new hires have been experiencing with the existing new hire process. In addition, the process of implementing a new hire tool will benefit the agency in obtaining the best candidate of a position, based on the recorded recruiting process used that has shown the most success. “Once you build an onboarding process, you can use it as a tool in recruiting new hires” (Gray, 2015).
:
• Avoid delays in employee pay checks
• Additional approvals to expedite the hiring process

Therefore, Human Resource must ensure that managers involved complete new hire procedure to ensure that the onboarding is done efficiently. Unfortunately, new hires are often lost in the process. Human Resource can increase the efficiency of processing the recruiting and new hire process by completing the background checks

“For example, several research studies have demonstrated that the higher the percentage of environmentally trained employees, the higher the firms’ capacity to adapt to new legal environmental requirements”. (Salazar, Cordon-Pozo & Ferron-Vilchez, 2012).
The cost of training can be reduced, if we use the “train the trainer” approach” versus utilizing an outsource vendor to provide training to new users of the system.
In conclusion, if we look for a vendor that will assist with a new tracking system that will allow our own staff to be trained, the process of recruiting and paying employees timely will improve on the past concerns of employees resigning due to these issues. In addition, this will decrease in the amount of hand checks that the Payroll Department is providing that is not included in the tax liabilities submitted for the pay period close-out when an employee’s paperwork is not submitted timely.
Holding the Managers responsible for ensuring the paperwork is submitted timely and holding the managers accountable for keeping the candidates informed of the payroll deadlines will decrease the complaints submitted to Human
