The term management encompasses a variety of skills, needs, and tasks to be fulfilled. As business grows and expands from domestic to international, management styles must also adapt and evolve to embrace cross cultural skills. Over the past 20 years, globalization of business and trade has been fast tracked due to the advancements in technology, travel, and the introduction of internet marketing and team management. These advancements have made access to products and resources from international outlets more accessible and affordable to organizations looking to branch out into international business dealings. In return, the managers of these organizations are now dealing with a more educated skill set across the globe while demanding more efficiency from these workers as well.
