Despite all of the college majors that Oregon State University offers I chose my major to be in Human Development and Family Science (HDFS). Oregon State University offers this major through their E-campus distance learning program, which gives students access to the entirety of their education online. Considering this, the HDFS program offers a variety of courses that informs students about human development, family dynamics, our society and our communities. Upon completion of a degree in Human Development and Family Science many graduates seek professions that nurture the growth of individuals physically, psychologically and emotionally.
