How are human beings without a track record of criminal history a victim of crime when under the influence of substance abuse?
Rational and Scope
Laws are rules that bind all people living in a community. Laws protect our general safety, and ensure our rights as citizens against abuses by other people, by organizations, and by the government itself. We have laws to help for our general safety. These exist at the local, state and national levels.
Laws are frequently been broken which increases the crime rate of the country. And also acts as a hazard for our safety and the safety of the society. I am convinced that people can break laws for a multiple reasons.
It could be that they are just rebellious. Some might think breaking a law is a different thing to do. Some might break laws out of desperation too.
Through my body of research I wish to gain an insight into the human mind what triggers them to break laws when they are fully aware and are conscious and educated citizens of the world.
During the course of my research my source of information would be from various journals, websites, and having productive conversation with people who are adept at reading the human mind. I would also have a conversation with my school counselor Ms Sangeeta to gain an insight into it.
The outcome of my research would be considered fruitful by me if I am able to enlighten my class about a few psychological traits that one needs to be aware of as it might in the near…
