Hulett High School: A Short Story

Hello everyone! Eighteen short years ago I was born and given the name Katie. I am a current senior attending Hulett High School. Being asked to choose between several topics to write about myself, I have narrowed it down to only one. The prompt of my choice is “if I could be any animal (alive or extinct) which would it be and why”. Surely everyone will question my decision at first, but I do promise there is a reason behind this madness that I do believe you will see by the end of this autobiography. Without any further ado, I give to you the animal of my choice, the pig. Perhaps I should start out by saying that I am a fourth generation ranch kid. All I have ever known is agricultural life and I would not have it any other way. Reasons
