Here in the New England colonies the mountains are lush and green. There are many rivers in the mountains and creeks that run through the meadows and fields. Famous landforms here include the Hudson River, Appalachian Mountains, and the Catskill Mountains. There are many jobs here in New England. The jobs include shipbuilding, lumbering, fishing, whaling, and trading. The climate here is bitter cold in the winter and mildly warm in the summer. The benefits to being cold in the winter is the wildlife is more on the move in the winter to keep warm in the winter. You will be able to kill more animals in the winter so you will have more food to eat. The government in democratic, which means you can vote freely and not be persecuted. The
