When people think of public school, they think mediocre education and that homeschooling education is ten times better due to more one on one time. Public schools provide an excellent education on top of a wide variety of activities and friendships that kids can build to last a lifetime. With homeschooling, parents have to put in a lot of time and preparation and that begins to wear on the parents, with public school, parents send their kids off for a few hours each day and get a more quality education than what parents can provide. It is in the child’s best interest as well as the parent’s to be able to go to public school. Parents spend what should be “summer vacation” for their families making new lesson plans for the following school year. With public school, parents do not need to worry about availability, class sizes, and diversity.
