Over the course of the semester, I would like to analyze excerpts from two books, Tom Sawyer and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. These books are filled with a ton of personality from the two main characters. Throughout the book, witty moments constantly took place and captured the reader’s attention. For example, in Tom Sawyer there is a scene where he is forced to have to paint a picket fence white. A task that he knows would take over the majority of his day. Being the cunning and sly young man that he was, Tom is able to sit back and relax as he gets others to take over the tedious task. This reminded me of the recent presidential election, where both candidates had the task of convincing the Nation of why we should vote for their respective
