Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to working. HRM has the goal to figure out these strengths and weaknesses in employees and to help place employees in positions where their talents can shine. Say for example two employees have been hired by a printing company and one worker is better at stacking papers while the other is better at fixing the machines.
