Hey Danny, how can we guaranty a good quality and good performance that meet our customer. It seems that the current performance is not that good and I am afraid that we will loose the battle in the future without any quality clause or section.
I do understand the cost is very important. Is there any other way that we can address the issues without changing the contract such as amendment to the contract?
