Hrm/531 Week 3 Year Plan

Decent Essays
My plan is to manage my time by trying desperately to read and listen to the attend section Monday of each week. This plan doesn't always work having kids that live a couple of hours away. Our kids are a very important part of our life, so making time to visit them is imperative. This week my plan did not work out.

In the future, reading on Sunday nights instead of Monday's is what needs to happen. Staying two steps ahead in class is very rewarding. We can do this by reading as soon as the facilitator posts our next assignment. I plan to stay a week ahead for all the other units in this class and in the future. There is nothing like staying ahead and not having to worry about finishing up at this last minute.
