1. Throughout my high school years, I have encountered many medical problems that took a while to get an answer to. Me dealing with this caused me to be out of school quite frequently.
2. My proudest academic accomplishments would be raising my GPA within the last two years to be where it is now, my personal accomplishment would be that I have stayed motivated to strive to do better and not give up completely with everything that I had been working towards.
3. I am thinking about applying to UNC Charlotte, UNC Greensboro, and East Carolina.
4. I have job experiences of being a cashier and waiter, my job being a cashier at Chick Fil A was meaningful because I got to see the smiles on customers faces when something as simple as have a nice day made their day …show more content…
I plan to double major in Social Work and dance. I want to purse these careers because social workers often create bad names in the community, and I have always had a passion to help people in any way that I can, I have always told myself that I wanted to be a better social worker than any that I have met before. I want to major in dance as well because dance helps me channel my inner thoughts in a positive way. Dance can be therapy and I want to use it to help others do the same, and I feel like the two careers together could not only help myself do what I dream of but it could also help others.
10. The most challenging part of my high school experience was getting my GPA up and keeping it up, while still being able to juggle cheerleading, community service, and club functions.
11. The most influential moments of my life were while I was traveling. Traveling made me be able to see where I could be at in life in the future. I got the chance to go to 3 different states with the club FCCLA during my high school experience and each state was different. I saw business people, homeless people, country people, and party people. This let me see where I wanted to be in life and where I didn’t want to be in
