KSAO stands for Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics that are required for a good job because having all of the qualifications will help them reach a goal to make sure they are the right combination for the position. Most jobs will require three to five of KSAOs and it is important to address it because it will ensure the adequate information about your background and the requirements that will best suit them.
