Sue is behaving unprofessionally. The bank requires the information to help them make a decision that will hopefully profit both them and Sue, by not submitting the information up from it will probably hurt her chances of getting the loan.

In excess to the required documents, an owner might want to include any information that will help their business look good to the bank. This might include any contracts with large customers, sales reports or anything else that shows the value of your business
