• The second new thing I learned tis a nonprofit with annual total revenue of 500,000 or more must subject its financial reports to an annual audit by the Certified Public and for nonprofits with an annual total of 250,000 they must have an independent review.
• The last new thing I learned is that the board should be comprised of at least five persons unrelated to each other or to staff to ensure appropriate deliberation, and minimize the opportunity for conflict of interest.

The strategies that the supervisor used was tuning into my feelings about leaving. I was able to express my thoughts and feelings about leaving the establishment. The ending was positive because I was able to say my goodbyes to the other staff members. The supervisor directly responded to any questions that I had when I departed. I think the primary purpose of the ending phase in social work is to help social workers with ending relationship with clients. For instance, if the ending phase was modeled to social worker effectively they can do same for their clients.
