Pam should continue the program and run it at a loss, because 10 senior executives are enrolled in the program; 10 people are better than nothing, at least with 10 people the company will get some of the money back. Also the program starts in four weeks, which gives an open door for more people to register. The Gantt chart helped me realize that Pam knows how to manage time. But she didn’t plan to communicate with the senior executives. This is very important because she would have found that not many people were enrolling and noticed a problem beforehand. She would have had more time to make the proper modification to the plan and implement them for a much longer time.
3. Pam relied on the brochures to get senior executives to go to the leadership program and that was her downfall; the lack of communication.
