The second piece to the feedback activity is incorporating a check in/ evaluation tool to ensure the physicians and staff members are retaining the information about MIPS. In fact, starting in August after each weekly education meeting, the practice manager will incorporate a "five-minute paper" evaluation tool. This exercise will take a few minutes at the end of each session where she will ask the staff some questions pertaining to the weekly topic. Each of the staff members will then answer the questions on a piece of paper and hand it in. This will give the practice manager a general idea of where each individual stands and what information our program needs to focus more on throughout the rest of the education training.
